Shipping Policy

At Print Purposefully, every item is made to order in our home studio and shipped with care from California. This policy explains what to expect for processing times, shipping charges, delivery issues, and international orders.

Processing Time

Because each item is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is ready to ship. Processing times can occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, limited material availability, or other unexpected studio delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after a label is created, and carriers may occasionally scan packages later than expected. If your tracking has not moved after a few days, please contact us and we will look into it with you.

Delivery Notes

If you request that a carrier leave your package unattended, or with a third party, Print Purposefully cannot be responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.

Delivery Problems or Damaged Orders

If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged items, please include photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item. Eligible damage claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Address Updates

If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Orders can only be canceled before they enter production or fulfillment. Because items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once printing begins. Shipping address changes can only be made before the order has been packed and shipped, so please double-check your address at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery estimates are shown there as well. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country. Checking your local customs policies before ordering is recommended.
